We made an offer to the new owners of a little more than we paid for it ourselves and they shot us down. It turn out they was $2,900 for the domain and we just can't afford that much. Very dirty business practices on the part of our host.
Needless to say we are no longer going with our previous host (VodaHost) and are looking into our legal options for this matter.

do you still own the theater in kenedy texas? how is the progress coming?
We do still own it but have been having a very hard time raising the money needed to do any work.
